This Privacy Policy needs to be read along with Block Therapy’s Terms of Use

Block Therapy Ltd. (“Block Therapy” or “us” or “we“) uses personal information to provide the most rewarding experience possible for you.

Block Therapy collects personal information (“Information”) from you when you provide same.  Information collected will include your name, contact information, purchase information and purchase history. In addition, Information may include personal information about your use or experience with Memberships, Services, Courses, Programs and Products which may be shared directly with us, on our Site, on related social media platforms or directly to our directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, faculty, teachers, instructors, advisors, practitioners, therapists, coaches, affiliates, referral partners, tutors, speakers, contributors, licensors and/or suppliers. Information may include, but is not necessarily limited to, your name, purchase history, email address, phone number, and/or home address.  

Information will not be shared by us in any way with a third party other than in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Block Therapy will only collect, use and disclose Information to the extent necessary to provide you with, or support you in respect of, its Memberships, Services, Courses, Programs and Products, or as otherwise required or allowed by law.

With your permission, we will contact you about our Memberships, Services, Courses, Programs and Products, or as otherwise required or allowed by law. This communication may also come from third parties who are sending it on behalf of Block Therapy or as part of the Memberships, Services, Courses, Programs and Products you purchase.

Information will only be used for a purpose consistent with the reasons you provided same to us or as otherwise required or allowed by law.  Information may be shared with third parties, in order to do such things as store Information and process / assist with the provision of Memberships, Services, Courses, Programs and Products.  We have contractual agreements with all third parties to ensure that Information is kept safe, secure and only used for the same purposes that you provide it to us.  Some of these third parties may be located in the United States of America and, as such, Information may be subject to their laws.

Information will be kept within a secured network with safeguards to a level consistent with the sensitivity of the Information. Reasonable steps will be taken by Block Therapy to limit access to the Information to those individuals and third parties who require access to that Information. Furthermore, those individuals and employees will be subject to contractual agreements to ensure that Information is kept safe, secure and only used for the same purposes that you provide it to us.   

We will only keep Information for as long as necessary to provide Memberships, Services, Courses, Programs and Products, or as otherwise required or allowed by law.

We will endeavour to keep Information accurate. If you feel or find that your Information is not accurate, please contact our Privacy Officer.

Signing up and registering to participate in our on-line community platforms reflects your express authorization to Block Therapy to post the information supplied by you.  If you wish your Information to be removed from such platforms under our control, contact our Privacy Officer.
