Do I need separate login for the new platform?

Yes, you will be receiving an email on Wednesday, April 24th with your account login details for the new platform.

When and how can I access the new platform?

You will gain access to the new platform on Wednesday, April 24th.

Will there be interruption to my access to Block Therapy courses and membership during the transition?

No. You will continue to have access to your current account on BlockTherapy.com to ensure uninterrupted transition.

Will all my courses and programs I purchased be moved to the new platform?

Yes, you will have access to all the courses and programs you have purchased in the past. If you do not see a program that you have purchased in the new platform, please reach out to support@blocktherapy.com.

Will my course progress be moved to the new platform?

Although you will have access to all your previously purchased courses and programs, your progress will not be moved over. However, we will provide you with ample time to finish up any programs or series you are working on the current platform before we phase out all the course and membership material from it.

When will my current access to courses and membership content on BlockTherapy.com be phased out?

We will communicate at a later date when course and membership content will be removed from BlockTherapy.com. We will provide you with ample time to finish up any programs or series you are working on the current platform before we phase out all the course and membership material.

Will the new platform have community interaction features?

If you have an active membership subscription plan, you will have access to a community group on the new platform. There is a plan to activate more of the community groups during the next phase of the migration.

What kind of support will you provide if I have difficulties accessing the new platform?

Our customer support team will be happy to assist you If you experience difficulties in accessing our new platform. Please reach out to support@blocktherapy.com.

Will you provide any Training & Tutorials?

The new platform will include a tutorial of how to use and navigate through the course and membership content.


Some new features and benefits include:

  • On demand content in a user-friendly interface- all videos are organized in a Netflix-style video library

  • Filtering of content -  you will be able to filter the videos by duration, body region, tools etc. 

  • Seamless video streaming

  • Save Community Space

Will my 14 day membership trial be affected?

If you have purchased the Starter Program with the 14 day membership trial and

  • Are in the middle of your trial - access to the membership during the trial will not be interrupted.

  • Have not started your trial - you will be able to start your trial through your current account on BlockTherapy.com
