I see you have two platforms, BlockTherapy.com and BlockTherapy.tv. What is the difference?
BlockTherapy.com is our Storefront platform. This is where you purchase programs and access the invoices for those purchases.
BlockTherapy.tv is our Content platform. This is where you access the programs you have purchased and where you purchase and manage subscriptions to our membership content. You will have separate login credentials for these two platforms.
Do I need separate login for the new platform?
Yes, you will have login credentials for BlockTherapy.tv that are separate from login credentials for our Storefront BlockTherapy.com. You can reset your password for either account by clicking on “FORGOT PASSWORD” on the login pages or reaching out to support@blocktherapy.com.
When will the old Block Therapy membership site close, and how can I access the new platform?
Access to content for purchased programs, courses and membership on BlockTherapy.com will close the week of July 8th. But you don’t have to wait - all content is now available on our new platform BlockTherapy.tv.
Will all the courses and programs I purchased be moved to the new platform?
Yes, you will have access to all the courses and programs and active membership subscription you have previously purchased. Please note: if you do not see a program that you purchased, please reach out to support@blocktherapy.com.
Will my course progress be moved to the new platform?
Although you will have access to all your previously purchased courses and programs, your progress will not be moved over.
My video does not playback smoothly. How can I fix this?
Video playback depends on several factors. To improve your playback experience, make sure you have a fast, stable internet connection. We recommend using the most recent version of Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. You may experience playback issues with outdated devices and browsers.
Will the new platform have community interaction features?
If you have purchased a program, course or have an active membership subscription plan, you will have access to a community group on BlockTherapy.tv. We will email you details if more community groups become available.
What if I am having difficulties accessing the new platform?

Will you provide any Training & Tutorials?
Yes, there is a detailed tutorial on how to navigate through the course and membership content on BlockTherapy.TV. You will find the tutorial under the “Welcome” category when you log into your account.
Why are videos locked in my account?
When you are logged into your Block Therapy. tv account, you will see all the content Block Therapy offers. However, only the programs and courses you have purchased and any membership content you have subscribed to will be accessible. If you feel there is any content missing from your account, please reach out to support@blocktherapy.com, and we will be happy to assist you.
